Annual General Meeting - AGM 

In line with our commitment to good governance and our annual procedures, we are pleased to formally invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Wednesday, 1st April 2026 at 8:00 PM, at The Strand, Palm Jumeirah. 

This is subject to any developments, and we will keep you informed should any adjustments be required.

The AGM is an important annual milestone where we review the Council’s activities of the past year and outline our plans for the year ahead.

• Presentation and approval of the Annual Report
• Presentation of the Auditor’s Report
• Approval of the Financial Statements
• Adoption of the Budget for the upcoming financial year
• Appointment of Auditors
• Introduction of the newly elected Board Members
