The Multi Nation Business ContinuityTask Force (representing 31 Business Councils and 6,500 companies in the UAE) in partnership with UAE ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation  would like to invite you to participate in this discussion and have your voice heard.


This is a series of discussions with representatives from key industry sectors to provide a platform for sharing insights and reviewing trends on job requirements for new graduates in the UAE. Over 100 private sector companies participated in the UAE Skills’ Study, launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in partnership with the Ministry of Education.
Designed to support educators in identifying skills and competencies for fresh graduate jobs in the private sector for the next two years.

Relevant study findings will be showcased bi-annually to HR and industry experts to review and discuss sector-specific job trends and skills in demand, enabling a credible industry-led model for educators in the UAE.
